COSMONOVA LLC received an expert approval of CISS of secure internet access node from the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.
As we know, a year ago the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC of Ukraine) raised a question of forbidding public authorities, enterprises, institutions and state-owned organizations to purchase internet access services from and enter into the contracts with telecommunications operators (providers) that do not have documents proving compliance of an information security system with the specified requirements in the field of information security. This resulted in a Decree of the President of Ukraine dated August 30, 2017 that gave effect to the Decision of the NSDC of Ukraine dated July 10, 2017 with one of the key points being a need for:
- settling the matter of forbidding public authorities, enterprises, institutions and state-owned organizations to enter into the contracts with and purchase internet access services from telecommunications operators (providers) that do not have documents proving compliance of an information security system with the specified information security requirements. Since among our clients there was quite a considerable number of those entities that fell within the scope of the prohibition stated, our company initiated activities intended to create CISS in the information telecommunication system of secure internet access node immediately after the respective decision of the NSDC had been put into effect by the Decree of the President of Ukraine.
Finally we have a result of the work performed in the form of the Certificate of Compliance No. 17136 dated July 24, 2018 proving compliance of COSMONOVA LLC CISS of ITS of secure internet access node with the requirements of the regulations governing technical information protection in Ukraine, registered by the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.
Наконец мы имеем результат проведенной работы в виде зарегистрированного Госспецсвязи Аттестата соответствия от 24.07.2018 № 17136 КСЗИ ИТС защищенного узла Интернет доступа ООО «КОСМОНОВА» требованиям нормативных документов, регулирующих техническую защиту информации в Украине.

Internet access node of our company has been verified and acknowledged by the state expert review of the customer information resource and data stream security (private and public sectors) – for both those clients that receive internet access services from Cosmonova LLC and those clients that enjoy colocation web hosting service by locating their equipment at our Data Center connected to SIAN.
